The new “FREEDOM” Power Plant near Berwick, PA is currently under construction and on schedule; projected 30 month project is one of three generating plants currently under construction in northeast Pennsylvania. NEPA Aerial Photography, a commercial aerial photography business is providing monthly hi-resolution digital images to track construction progress for Williamsport, Towanda – Bradford County and the newest Freedom plant near Berwick, Pennsylvania.
